How Working With Sydney Will Help Alleviate Your Anxiety, Stress & Issues

First Appointment: Initial Intake & Assessment

Sydney will gather background information and understand your current situation, issues and spiritual goals. We will discuss your spiritual background, current life challenges and what attracted you to spiritual healing/coaching. Sydney will explain her unique spiritual approach and together we will clarify goals.

First (or Second) Appointment: Set Clear & Achievable Goals

We work together to create a Spiritual Coaching Plan that will include both spiritual and practical components, helping Clients address physical, emotional, mental, and energetic blockages. There will be a Spiritual Assessment and Energy Evaluation to identify blockages or imbalances utilizing the power of intuition and discernment.

Ongoing: Weekly Sessions

After identifying a Client's needs, Sydney offers consistent guidance and support throughout your journey. She will monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to the Coaching Plan as needed. Encouraging the Client to reflect on progress, challenges and breakthroughs are necessary foundational components to a successful spiritual journey.

Sydney offers both private and group sessions, in-home and place of business negative energy clearing as well as private residence and rental property energy clearings.
