This sparked a deeper conversation, where I asked the Spirit about various foods, leading to a profound communication about what foods humans should consume and avoid.

Healthy Eating & Lifestyle

God's view on healthy eating habits can be gleaned from various passages and teachings throughout religious texts. In the Bible, for instance, there are many references to food and its proper use, both for sustenance and for spiritual purposes.

The Body as a Temple

In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, the apostle Paul refers to the body as a temple of the Holy Spirit and emphasizes the importance of taking care of it. This implies that one should maintain a healthy lifestyle, including eating habits, as a form of respect for the body God has given us.

Most people can benefit from drinking water with a minimum pH level of 8 because it is considered alkaline and can help balance the body's pH, neutralizing excess acidity.

This can support overall health by:

  1. Hydration: Alkaline water is often more easily absorbed by the body, leading to better hydration.
  2. Acid-Base Balance: It may help neutralize acid in the bloodstream, which can promote a more balanced internal environment, potentially reducing acid reflux and improving digestion.

Whenever possible and at the sake of affordability, one should purchase organic foods or at the very least, foods that are non-gmo or locally farmed grown produce without pesticides.

According to God, we are to pray positivity into everything that we eat and this includes animal flesh.

While organic fruits and vegetables are of higher vibration, for protein and dietary concerns regarding a human body, protein an essential building block and the best way to go about receiving enough protein is via animal protein followed by pea and whey protein.

Some bodies simply do better on animal protein.

Most people should avoid red meat altogether while others can partake a few times a year. Chicken and fish are excellent forms of protein, but human beings should stay far away from pork and shellfish of all kinds.

Yes, according to God, such products are okay in moderation and should be organic or farm-sourced and produced.

I recommend praying and discerning with Spirit as to whether or not you should consume such products based upon your body and blood type.

This will vary from person to person. Bread can be a part of your diet, but it's recommended to purchase or bake organic bread.

It's always best to consume bread products in moderation and when possible, gluten-free to avoid inflammation.

All such items should be consumed in moderation, if ever. If God had it His way, you would never consume any sort of product due to the high sugar content.

Sugar attracts illness and harbors inflammation, feeding harmful bacteria and contributing to conditions like obesity, diabetes, and weakened immune function.

Human beings should not consume candy for the same reason they shouldn't over-indulge in cakes, cookies and other baked goods.

Candy is high in refined sugars, artificial additives, and unhealthy fats, which can lead to numerous health problems.

These include:

  1. Weight Gain: Candy is calorie-dense and can contribute to weight gain and obesity when consumed in large quantities.
  2. Blood Sugar Spikes: High sugar content can cause rapid spikes and crashes in blood sugar levels, leading to fatigue, mood swings, and an increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
  3. Tooth Decay: The sugar in candy feeds harmful bacteria in the mouth, leading to cavities and gum disease.
